Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, a percentage of the paid amount will be refunded. Please note that token money is non-refundable, and refunds will not be issued in cases of natural calamities or technical vehicle issues, though a replacement taxi will be provided. Kindly review this policy before finalizing your booking.
In case you need to cancel your booking with Himachal Taxi Service, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Please review this policy carefully before confirming or canceling your tour. Below are the details of our refund structure:
- Cancellation 30+ days before tour start: 90% of the paid amount will be refunded. After this, only 50% will be refunded.
- Cancellation 30 to 15 days before tour start: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation 15 to 7 days before tour start: 30% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation 7 to 1 day before tour start: 10% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation on the same day or 1 day before the tour: No refund will be provided.
- Cancellation after the tour has started: No refund or relaxation in the total amount will be offered.
- Taxi breakdown during the tour: No refund will be issued for technical issues; however, a replacement vehicle will be arranged promptly.
- Natural calamities or external disruptions: No refund will be provided for cancellations or restrictions caused by events beyond our control, such as landslides, natural disasters, strikes, or protests.
- Token money: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refund timeframe: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 1 month of the cancellation request.
